"HD" remakes of the original game icons from the disc installation version.

This set aims to remove inconsistencies found with the original icons, such as some icons having "3" next to the plumbob and some not, some icons having a drop shadow and some not, etc.

Please note, I created these icons in 2014, and have since learnt a lot more about graphic design and editing. Apologies if they're lacking.
